Storage: How i store my make-up

Hi guys, this is just how i store my make-up as you can see by the name. I have only just got rid of my big & bulky make-up bag that i kept under the bed, i decided that i needed/wanted a place i could call my 'vanity area' but unfortunately i decided this after i had spent the majority of my pay, i couldn't invest in a proper vanity table so for now this is how it is set out its nothing special but its all there(well most of it.)

Tower of 4 wicker baskets - Argos £12 (on sale)

Random unused mug for make-up brushes.

For these 3 baskets i just used gift boxes as dividers for my different products they are from a shop here in the UK called 'card factory' and retail at 89p and i also used a 79p one.

How do you store your make-up?

Hi guys, i saw this TAG on An-An's blog and thought i would see how much i spend on my face, the way i have calculated it is just for my everyday look, so nothing really special, also i didn't include anything i put on my face before make-up i.e primers moisturizers.

Everything i use on a day to day basis.

New purchases that i'm trying out.

Hello beauties, this post is about new products i've brought recently and have now added them into my skincare /make-up routine.
Neutrogena blackhead eliminating daily scrub - from boots or superdrug.
Nivea visage daily essentials moisturiser -  from boots.
Superdrug coconut &shea butter body butter- from Superdrug.
Benefit porefessional - i got mine from Debenhams at the benefit stall.
Rimmel fix & perfect pro primer -  available in superdrug or boots.
Garnier fresh essentials eye make up remover - available in superdrug.
(i would have put the prices but i forgot the prices of something sorry.)

 Neutrogena blackhead eliminating daily scrub.
i have only been using this for about a week i apply it of an evening once i have taken my make-up off  i am already beginning to tell a difference as when i brought this i had broken out in spots and they are clearing up nicely(well they was). i just put about a 10 pence piece amount on my hand and massage into my face, and when you are massaging it you can feel the little beads working  it also makes my skin feel tighter & makes me feel like my pores aren't as open. Finally it smells nice and quite fruity, i like.

Superdrug's coconut & shea butter body butter.
when i brought this i instantly thought of the body shop's body butter as its in the same shape tub and it smells almost exactly the same as the body shop one, great as we all know they can be very price-y when not on sale.  I use this to moisturize my legs and arm's after i get out of the shower it leaves skin feeling smooth and i think it will last me about a month or so as i do tend to use quite a bit at a time, it smells great and is easily affordable.

Garnier fresh essentials eye make-up remover.
(with grape extract)
As you can probably see i have used about a quarter of this as i use this everytime i take my eye make-up off which is mostly everyday, it gets rid of everything i put on my eye's quite quick, my liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow & even my waterproof mascara. It also leaves my eyelashes feeling soft which is grand for me as its so much easier to apply mascara to soft make-up free lashes.

Benefit porefessional.
For a while i was looking in the mirror thinking that after i had applied my make up my pores were still really visible and then i stumbled across this beauty(on behalf of Leanne, thanks leanne if you ever read this!). I only apply this to my t-zone as thats where you can see the pores the most it makes your skin look & feel so much smoother & you only need to use a small amount. The only bad thing i can say about this is that it's a little bit price-y but if you love it and it does wonders for your skin why not spend a little more.

Nivea visage daily essentials moisturiser.
The reason i ended up with this moisturiser is so silly i can't even begin to explain on here but here it is it stumbled into my skincare routine and i use this every morning before i put any products onto my face, it has SPF8,it smells fresh and i generally like it, not much to say as its just a normal moisturiser.

Rimmel fix & perfect pro primer.
This is the first primer i have brought so i cant compare it with any others well apart from the benefit one which i dont apply to the whole of my face, i apply this all over before i use "porefessional" on my t-zone it mattifies my skin and once again i only use a little bit of this, and it just feels nice to have a layer between my skin and my make-up.#

Bourjois | Magic in a bottle.

Bourjois 'magic' nail polish remover £4.99
If like me you enjoy painting your nails every few days then this product is a must have it gets rid of nail polish before you can say abracadabra and you don't even need cotton wool or cotton pads. Its quick and easy to use all you do is unscrew the lid and dip the desired fingernail into the sponge twist and then magic the polish is gone, there's no mess & it doesn't even effect any other nails (if you just wanted to take the polish off just a few odd nails) Finally it is good for your nails as it contains nourishing sweet almond oil & has a Red fruit & vanilla fragrance (i wouldn't advise smelling it as it stills smells strong). I brought mine from boots and i will most likely be purchasing this again when i need to.

All things Topshop | Reviews.

Topshop's packaging for the make-up collection is unique, the little black/grey sketching on white (after a while it turns cream *le cry*) is  just soooo pretty.
All of these products can be brought in-store or online at www.topshop.com

 Lipstick in shade "Sartorial" £8
This is my first topshop lipstick so i wasn't to sure what to expect, the colour is just great i love my lips to be very bold&bright  and this is just that. It's a coral-y colour very summer-y (if we every get a decent summer here in the UK.) It goes onto your lips smooth and gives a matte finish.

Blush in shade "head over heels" £6
(sorry about yucky picture on right but mine is quite used)
I brought this blush because its nothing like what i already have, all my other blush's are powder so i gave this cream one a whirl and i really love it, it applies as a cream but dries as a powder it is just as easy to apply but instead of a brush i just get some on my fingers and pat onto my cheeks and blend. The shade i loved also because it is quite a peachy shade and all my other blush's are pinky, i think the peach gives you a more natural finish i would totally recommend this product to anyone.

Nail varnish in shade "Razzmatazz" £6
I LOVE this nail varnish, ok i love any nail varnish, but this one is just wow as soon as i brought it i went home and put it straight on my nails and i couldn't stop looking at them, its got a purple-y tint to it like a background color i would describe it as, it's very eye catching with little holographic glitter-y thingy-ma-bob's in. The only downside i found to this was just taking it off wasn't the easiest of jobs,(although that could have been down to my crap nail polish remover, i have now purchased something much more better which will be in my next blog post).
